**The Role**
- The O&M Supervisor Lead will work as part of the Operations Team for Iberia, making sure that the guidelines established by the Head of Operations Iberia and managed through the O&M Area Manager Iberia are successfully implemented at the end of the process. This role will be responsible for managing operations and maintenance service for Sonnedix Renewable Energy Power plants (PV and BESS) in line with contractual obligations and Sonnedix Standards.

The O&M Supervisor Lead provides the technical expertise to support the maintenance of power plant systems, mainly Solar PV and BESS to ensure conformity to contractual, manufacturer and existing national and local building codes. The Supervisor Lead provides support to the O&M Manager throughout the Solar PV and BESS power plants in the appointed operating and maintenance tasks to preserve the good condition, performance and functionality of the facility. The O&M Supervisor Lead lays a key role in enforcing and maintaining all HSE procedures and protocols, in line with local regulations & Sonnedix standards norms and policy.

**Desirable skills**:

- Highly analytical, organised mindset with problem solving skills. Excellent at planning and organization of available resources.
- Manage Health, Safety and Environment in accordance with the Sonnedix policy, developing LOTO (lock-out/tag-out) procedures to avoid or minimize Hazardous Energy Risks.
- Proficient in remote control systems (SCADAs) and other platforms.
- Confident in communicating with external parties - outsourced O&M companies, subcontractors, insurance companies and technical advisors.
- Initiative, Flexibility and “can do” attitude.
