**The Role**
- The O&M Monitoring Supervisor works as part of the Global Operations Team, making sure that the guidelines established by the Central O&M and managed through the local O&M Area Manager are successfully implemented. The O&M Monitoring Supervisor assesses and optimizes the performance of the assets. The O&M Monitoring Supervisor detects and analyses possible failures, based on remote monitoring analysis, and ensures the optimal performance of the plants.

The O&M Monitoring Supervisor provides the technical expertise to manage the workflow of open issues of the monitoring platforms, both own and contractor platforms, on operational sites and supports the Operational Technology team in tracking asset onboarding and asset retrofit. The O&M Monitoring Supervisor provides a proactive service approach to the timely resolution of site communication and monitoring infrastructure. The O&M Monitoring Supervisor provides support to the O&M Manager in monitoring Sonnedix PV plants, tracking incident and KPIs, acts as the central point of contact for the Operations team, to efficiently analyse performance and resolve issues. Provide support to maintenance procedures including H&S compliance.

**Desirable skills**:

- Degree in Energy, Electronic, Telecommunications, Networks, Systems, Automation or Industrial Engineering.
- Understanding of operations and maintenance standards and procedures in the renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of REE regulations and grid curtailments. Strong analytical skills in terms of data.
- Strong remote monitoring systems skills, SCADA infrastructure, CMMS/GMAO and relevant database updating (SQL,MySQL ).
- Technical language skills in spoken and written English and Spanish. Portuguese would be considered positively.
