**Your work-life opportunity**:
As the Global Billing Manager, you will bring your best in class billing knowledge to lead our Global billing operations. You will provide support and execution of strategic initiatives for Billing efficiency and overall delivery excellence on the Order to Cash function (including collections) within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ. You are an experienced billing manager, great business partner, problem-solver, and a change leader, creating a resilient environment as we strive for flawless execution.

- Ensure all billing & payment processes are completed in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. Act as escalation and resolution point for billing issues and disputes
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures, and ensure they evolve appropriately as the company scales
- Deliver some level of automation to address current manual activities associated with the billing operations
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet their goals
- Maintain variance analyses between revenue and billed amounts; coordinate with FP&A and Operations teams to clear unbilled
- Identify and solve reconciliation gaps, and lead the billing month-end closing
- Provide ongoing communication with internal stakeholders regarding billing issues that affect both internal and external customers
- Work closely with Operations, Product, Tax, Accounting, and Finance Ops System teams to implement the billing of new initiatives and optimize the billing process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Support external audit requirements related to areas of responsibility
- Create, monitor, and deliver on relevant KPIs, KRIs, and corresponding SLAs.
- Recruit, motivate, and empower a high-performing team to achieve their goals; measure team member success on an ongoing basis, and coach/take corrective action as necessary
- Ensure appropriate backups and all duties are cross-trained within the team
- Perform other related duties and special projects, as needed
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:

- 7+ years of experience in Billing/Invoicing, Accounts Receivable & credit management (preferably within an FSSC/GBS environment)
- 5+ years of experience in managing people
- Strong knowledge and understanding of standard procedures, internal controls, and O2C cycle
- Ability to effectively research, compile, and analyze data from multiple data sources
- Passionate, energetic, approachable with a positive, humble, and can-do attitude
- Team player, proactive and focused on customer needs
- Great problem solver; able to find innovative ways to prevent the recurrence of issues
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills; able to effectively collaborate with and influence others
- Proven track record for implementing and enhancing processes in a growing organization
- Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new assignments
- Ability to recruit, train and develop a high performing team
- Excellent coaching skills
- Hands-on experience with a world-class ERP system—S4HANA a must
- Advanced Excel proficiency & SQL knowledge
- True Tech Savvy to automate processes within Finance Operations
- Excellent English communication skills
