Inspector Coordinator role leads the management of the Inspectors (volunteers) and the training, development and management of Inspector activity within JACIE. HR/Inspector Coordinator provides vital support to the Accreditation process by selecting and coordinating the inspectors.**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
- Support the Accreditation Process by working with the Accreditation Coordinators by matching the inspections with the best available inspectors in a timely manner taking into an account the specific needs of any inspection process (e.g. number of areas/sites to be inspected)
- Develop and lead the roll-out of a strategy to recruit and retain inspectors to meet the organisational needs.
- Develop and lead on training and development of both new and existing inspectors using different methodologies including virtual and face-to-face training; e-learning platform, webinars etc.
- Provide administrative support to the JACIE Inspectors’ Committee working closely with the Chair of the Committee and supporting any projects/initiatives as required by the Committee.
- Manage inspection feedback (centres and the inspectors) and take proportionate action/escalating appropriately any issues as required.
**Requirements**:
- University studies (Psychology, Law, BA)
- 1-2 years' experience in HR management
- Experience in recruiting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to at least B2 level
- Initiative

- Strategic thinking
**NICE-TO-HAVES**
- Master in HR
- Experience in managing pool of volunteers
- Knowledge of medicine or life sciences
- Advancer user of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Spanish
**WHAT WE OFFER**

- Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finishing accordingly)
- Flexible locations: Based in Barcelona office 2 days per week and working remotely 3 days or fully remotely if not based in Barcelona.
- Indefinite contract (2 months’ probation period).
- Full-time position (37,5 hours/week).
- Salary: 24.000 - 27.000 euros gross a year (according to previous experience)
- When indefinite contract, EBMT provides private health insurance and supports nursery costs with a monthly supplement.
