MUST HAVE RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE AS SALES MANAGER OR RSM MUST CAME FROM FMCG -Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Finance or any related field -Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of proven working experience as Regional Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor proficient w/ microsoft office, exceptional communication skills, excellent analytical and reporting skills. -With valid driver's license -Position requires extensive travel Duties and Responsibilities -Responsible of Area Manager's sales target achievement of the assigned teritory. -Manages cohesiveness of Sales team and ensuring compliance of company policies. -Provide training and creating sales goals, while working to increase sales and distribution in the assigned region.
