Location: North Luzon
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or any related field.
- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of proven working experience as Regional Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor preferably from FMCG or any related sales and marketing field.
- 26 to 40 years old, Single or Married, Male or Female.
- Has an excellent computer, analytical, communication and people management skills.
- Expert in negotiation and building business relationships.
- Results Driven and good sales planning skills.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Ability to read and analyze sales reports and market analysis.
- Preferably residing within GMA area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their capacity to sell; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains good business relationships with clients by providing support and immediate feedback regarding our products and services.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Proper coordination with our Sales Coordinator regarding customer orders and ensure on-time delivery of our products.
- Proper coordination with our Credit and Collection Department for on-time payment collection and remittance.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
- Report to immediate head on progress and issues.
- Ensure achievement of sales target; monthly, quarterly and annual.
