In this role you will be our in-office contact for our remote sales staff. You will coordinate order fulfilment between our sales team and customers, our planning department, our warehouse, and third party shipping and installation companies. You will be joining the team in Marbella and be part of a greater international team with operations worldwide with headquarters in Sweden.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Close cooperation with the sales team on the field and your colleagues at HQ and around the globe
- Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payment
- Follow up and coordinate orders, logistic and deliveries to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in customer service environment
- Language: Spanish & English (essentials), a third language a plus
- Great computer skills (Microsoft; including word, excel)
- Good understanding of export process and Incoterms
- Good knowledge in the training and fitness industries
