Job Vacancy: Real Estate Agent (New Developments)

We at Unreal Estate are looking for professional and experienced real estate agents specializing in new developments. If you are a specialist with experience in this segment, possess excellent sales skills, and are eager to grow in a company with ambitious projects, we want you to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling properties in new developments.
- Advising clients on real estate purchases and investments.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating with potential buyers.
- Interacting with developers, partners, and clients.
- Preparing documents and managing deals from the initial contact to contract signing.
- Participating in the company’s marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in new development sales.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and experience working with developers and partners.
- Ability to organize your own work process independently.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
- A proactive approach to work and ambition to achieve high results.
- High level of responsibility, independence, and discipline.
