A qualification related to people, learning, leadership, business or psychology will be useful - Relevant experience working in a people-based program management environment, learning, development, or a management consulting role - Relevant experience in project management or management consulting including handling multiple ongoing projects - Relevant experience using Microsoft Excel and dashboards for data analysis - Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of senior and other stakeholders
Situated in our newly formed Executive Development & Inclusion Team you’ll play a central role in the success of EU ATS and AMZL leadership development, supporting senior leaders who manage transportation, sortation and distribution centres, each equipped with the latest technology. You will also contribute more widely to the Leadership Development team and beyond. Key job responsibilities To deliver an exceptional Executive Development & Inclusion impact for EU ATS & AMZL, you will use data and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify learning needs and fill the gap creatively, efficiently and typically via a program-managed approach. You will use your understanding of people development to identify and offer data-led learning interventions which have a measurable impact upon our internal customer. Working with senior stakeholders, your role will involve some travel, generally within Europe, which will typically be planned and within your control to manage and schedule. Facilitation Skills or the potential to learn will also be important, to enable learning delivery across senior audiences. Ideating with the team to reach new and creative learning solutions will be key to success.
