**Responsibilities**:
As a Partnership Account Manager you will intensify the cooperation with carwow's strategic partner dealers and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our start-up
- You will oversee selected strategic car dealer groups at management level
- You will help our strategic partners get started in the fantastic world of carwow and quickly establish a close relationship and professional cooperation
- You are the first point of contact for all strategic and operational questions from our partners
- You will conduct on-site training courses or online training courses for the strategic dealer groups
- You create your own analyzes, evaluations and presentations for the retailer groups to be supported
- You give our partners important recommendations for action based on the KPIs you have evaluated in order to exploit the full sales potential
- You drive our strategic dealers and their managers to implement our requirements in the area of customer service and you know how to conduct a constructive feedback discussion in the event of non-compliance
- You work closely with the responsible internal account managers of the various car brands and support them with your sales experience in looking after the joint accounts
- You regularly collect feedback from the strategic dealers on our platform and bring this into product development in a meaningful way

**Requirements**:

- You have 4/5 years of experience in account management and / or sales
- You speak proffesional English and Spanish on a native level
- Ideally, you have already prepared and independently led training courses in front of larger groups
- You have a talent for organization and efficiently prioritize your upcoming tasks
- You can motivate yourself and have a strong personal drive
- You are used to thinking outside the box and recognize the strategic potential and developments of major customers
- You already have experience in exchanging ideas with contact persons at management level and always meet them confidently and on an equal footing
- You see challenges as an opportunity to develop yourself further and make “how can we make it better” your credo
