We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team in Madrid, a dynamic and proactive professional with experience in technology companies to lead and develop partnership strategies that drive growth and expansion of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and develop action plans for their implementation.
- Negotiate and close advantageous commercial agreements for both parties.
- Manage relationships with current partners, ensuring the delivery of results and mutual satisfaction.
- Analyze the market and trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Participation in events organised by our technology partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure efficient execution of partnership projects.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, proposing improvements and adjustments when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English and Spanish required
- Proven experience in partnership management in technology companies.
- Knowledge of the digital market and sector trends.
- Negotiation skills and ability to close commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 25,000.00€ - 35,000.00€ per year
