**Partnership Activation Manager Football**
**THE ROLE**

Football rights holder is seeking an Activations/Partnerships Manager who will be tasked with ensuring adherence to the contractual obligations agreed upon with sponsors and strategic partners.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Foster collaborative relationships with sponsors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements with sponsors.
- Act as the primary contact for sponsors.
- Proactively anticipate sponsors' needs.
- Provide added value to partners.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role or in the sponsorship industry.
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in implementing and following through with processes, plans, and ideas.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain a cohesive and positive team culture, ensuring all members understand their roles and expectations.
- Strong management skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes/services and address issues.
- Availability to work some weekends.
