The Technology Intelliteng Solutions Center Lead will be responsible of:

- Representing technology_VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) leadership in Malaga whenever applicable.
- Leading the activities related to establishing Technology_VOIS centre in Malaga in close coordination with multiple _VOIS functions e.g. HR, Finance, Employer branding, etc., while coordinating with Technology _VOIS global service lines organization e.g. Digital SWE, Data and analytics, BSS/CRM, Business relationship management, Operation performance centre, etc.
- Following the phase of establishing the center, He/she will maintain double roles; delivery role where he/she will report to one of the global service lines and center lead role where he/she will report to Technology_VOIS Head.

The role of has the following responsibilities:

- Responsible for building strategy and partnerships for IT tech_VOIS center in Malaga.
- Oversee activities relating to establishing and growing the centre including attracting, hiring, developing and retaining IT top talents.
- Ensure making best use of location capabilities to avail skills needed for current and future demand as per overall Tech_VOIS and Vodafone Strategy.
- Responsible for creating best local environment for a smooth global delivery.
- In charge of local crisis management.

What you bring:

- 10+ years of IT leadership experience with proven record in managing similar IT units at scale.
- Solid experience in SWE and software development life cycle.
- Good knowledge of the strategy development & implementation.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business/technology problems.
- Solid communication skills with capability of networking and delivery on both local and global environment.
- Good English level.
