**About the role**: You will be responsible for supporting overall strategy, performance and growth of our AI with Gen AI & IoT offerings reporting to the ICOE SME Tower Lead and be part of the Global Data & AI CoP, working with Avanade’s Europe Data & AI Leadership Team. You will partner closely with the Regional Offering Leads across Data & AI and Industry to develop offerings, implement offering strategy, support sales and solutioning, identify investment opportunities and grow our talent. You will be a passionate hands-on Intelligent Industry Solutions Architect experienced in solutioning complex and large AI with Gen AI and IoT solutions that enable outcome focused deliveries working with or for clients across functional areas in one or more of Avanade’s focused industry verticals (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Public Sector). You will serve as an AI with Gen AI and IoT expert, solution architecture lead and industry champion working closely with internal cross-functional teams and with clients to identify, document, and translate their business strategy and requirements into solutions and ser-vices that help our clients achieve their business outcomes using Advanced Analytics. You will be critical for Avanade to create new business opportunities and grow existing clients. You will be re-sponsible for driving client impact through presales, providing solutioning support on key deals, and serving as SME incorporating intelligent processes into existing business process and solution planning that drives our clients desired business outcomes. The scope of solutions can include diverse data (including Gen AI and IoT) and advanced analytics capabilities, such as data engineering, data modelling, machine learning, and data interaction and visualization that are all powered by Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Open AI. You will be experienced in supporting our clients’ digital transformational journeys through sales and solutioning and confident in engaging with senior client stakeholders, serving as a key advisor and SME to deliver established programs and system integration projects targeting business outcomes on a repeatable basis. You demonstrate innovation and ambition to achieve performance targets and establish Avanade as a leader in Data & AI with Gen AI. Within a Highly Collaborative and Entrepreneurial Environment, You Will: - Translate business requirements to technical solutions using strong business insight - Develop overall solution plans and strategic vision for data and analytics solutions, providing a comprehensive roadmap for clients’ needs - Provide high-level architectural expertise to sales, project, and other analytics teams - Identify risks, assumptions, and develop estimates end-to-end based on Solution Plans - Build relationships with Regional Sales and Offering Leads while working with Solution Architects and Industry Leads to promote offerings that services clients’ needs with the balance of costs, capability, and risk to meet clients’ business objectives - Build, leverage, and maintain successful industry partnerships with our parent companies (Accenture and Microsoft) and select partner ISV’s, with a goal of increasing Avanade's market share in a collaborative model. - Engage with clients’ leadership and technology teams in strategic discussions to provide outstanding technical strategy and industry guidance to improve their long-term business goals. **Experience Required for Success**: - Track record of developing and growing exceptional client relationships with a reputation for delivering a "best in class" end-to-end client experience, preferably in a business consulting (technology focus) environment - Demonstrated experience of turning business use case and requirements to well architected technical solutions, principally built on Azure, ideally incorporating Azure Open AI as a means to unlock additional value - Applied experience in designing and solutioning programs and system integration projects that include the Azure Data Platform with a focus on Analytics, Machine Learning, and Data Science, and preferably Open AI - Experience assessing and managing the opportunities and risks associated with large-scale complex ser-vices & consulting engagements, including considerations for ethical AI practices - Knowledge and understanding of industry-standard business practices, with in-depth understanding within at least one prioritized industry vertical - Proven experience in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong ability to establish relationships with peers virtually, across globally dispersed teams You likely possess a Bachelor's degree or MBA in a business or technology-related field (though not essential to be considered for this role), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
