**Role Overview**: We are seeking a Head of Technology to lead the development and enhancement of our technology platforms, including iPhone and Android apps powered by Firebase, web-based CMS systems, and a 3D visualised golf directory. This role involves maintaining and expanding our app's features, integrating new technologies, and driving the innovation of all our tech platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain iPhone and Android apps using Firebase.
- Expand and enhance our new live scoring system for golfers and golf clubs.
- Develop the scoring system into the go-to platform for golf clubs.
- Integrate the scoring system with live leaderboard screens already installed in clubs.
- Ensure seamless functionality and user experience across all platforms.
- Add new golf courses to the app as we expand globally.
- Lead the development of web-based CMS systems for golf managers to manage apps, live scoring, and tee time bookings.
- Develop a comprehensive golf directory with 3D visualisations of all courses.
- Build and maintain websites for our clients and internal use.
- Collaborate with directors to design and deliver new ideas and concepts.
- Integrate new features into the existing app framework or propose new development methods.
- Work independently and efficiently, understanding the importance of speed in business growth.
- Lead all technological initiatives and drive advancements across all platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in app development for iOS and Android platforms.
- Proficiency in programming with Android, iOS, and Flutter.
- Experience with Firebase or similar backend services.
- Strong web development skills, including CMS systems and 3D visualisations.
- Experience in building and maintaining websites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Enthusiastic about growth, innovation, and developing cutting-edge technology.
- Ability to quickly adapt and implement new features.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Additional programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience in the golf industry or a passion for golf.
- Knowledge of global tech market trends and user preferences.
- Hands-on experience with live scoring systems and leaderboard integrations.
