Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and a world leading supplier of intelligent metering solutions and services. We experience a significant demand for our products, solutions, and services, where we have a strong focus on developing the most innovative and value-adding intelligent metering solutions and services for energy
- and water consumption. We are growing fast as a company and therefore, we are looking for IT Service Center Agents to join our new IT Service Center team in Malaga, Spain

With reference to our IT Service Center Manager, you will become part of our internal IT organisation, which enables all Kamstrup employees in their daily work. Our IT department consists of +65 dedicated colleagues supporting all Kamstrup’s divisions globally. You can expect a grounded tech-savvy team, that is characterised by mutual respect, professionalism, and collaboration. We prioritise knowledge-sharing in a fast-paced work environment, and we are looking for equal-minded colleagues, who like having fun along the way. More specifically, you will be a key player in securing a worldclass IT Support to all Kamstrup’s employees globally.

**A job with focus on ensuring global IT support**

More specifically, you will be:

- Acting as the first point of contact for users requesting technical assistance, using problem-solving diagnostic techniques
- Ensuring positive IT user experiences through timely resolution of tickets and maintaining clear communication with users
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of common problems, troubleshooting procedures and best practices

**Personality matters**

We are looking for a dedicated colleague, with a couple of years’ work experience from an IT helpdesk or Customer Support. We imagine you have:

- A keen eye for detail is important for accurately documenting technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the organization's ticketing system or knowledge base.
- Familiar with ITIL best practices. Preferably, you have experience with ServiceNow as this is our primary support platform.

As a person, you have an analytical mindset and a structured approach, which makes you focus solutions rather than problems. Your proactivity extends to challenging the status quo, demonstrating your ability to drive development. With your excellent written and verbal communication skills and service-oriented mindset, you excel in building strong customer relationships and delivering the best IT support. As you will be working with diverse Global IT teams, we imagine that you thrive in a complex organizational setting, that values collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The IT landscape is constantly evolving, and agents must be adaptable to changes in technology, business processes, and user requirements. Flexibility in adapting to new software updates, procedures, and troubleshooting methods is crucial.

It is a firm requirement that you are fluent in English written and spoken.

Training and onboarding will take place in Denmark. Current applicants will enter the day shift, however working evening or night shifts will be possible at a later stage if desired.
