My client is a leading global SaaS revenue management solutions provider for FMCGs/CPG companies:

- Operating across Italy, Belgium, UK, US and France; they have been growing at c. 30% annually for the past five years

The business is well-funded and backed by two leading software-focused private equity funds to drive growth.

Due to the strong growth and investment, they are looking for a tech savvy Sr. Sales Engineer/Presales Leader to run and scale their small pre sales team.

We are looking for solid experience in presales closing 6/7 figure deals, along with strong technical skills (can sell enterprise data) + handle deep technical conversations and understands AI. The person needs to be a strong player coach - 80% selling, 20% leading and making things better, super hands-on and can drive deals.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in presales/sales engineering closing 6/7 figure deals
- Experience in owning presales function completely and run it like a startup and scale it.
- Any previous background in data engineering/data analyst, ideally experience with Python
- Experience delivering complex projects/software on or before time or experience as a Developer/Software/Data Engineer
- Experience with Data management and familiarity with physical and relational data modeling/SQL or python
- Experience working with FMCGs/CPG companies is an extra plus
- Passionate, enthusiastic, focused with excellent communication skills

They are paying up to 135,000 EUR + OTE + great benefits and you can always work remotely.
