**Overall Purpose**:
To identify target profiles, nurture and develop leads to create opportunities and, ultimately, drive new conversions for International Digital Marketing and Translation service offering. In addition, build key customer relationships and maintain extensive knowledge of the current market conditions.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Prospect for potential new clients via various channels and turn this into increased business
- Undertake Social Selling by building and leveraging the social network to find the right prospects, build trusted relationships and, ultimately, achieve sales goals
- Research and join relevant LinkedIn groups that serve our target audience
- Post regularly on LinkedIn and other relevant Social Media platforms
- Drive inbound connections & LinkedIn network growth
- Approach the target profiles to create opportunities
- Drive new conversions by closing the sales deals
- Follow up with the webinar and event attendees
- Nurture leads generated by the Marketing team through various channels and activities
- Responsible for the achievement of financial targets
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organisation
- Set up and attend meetings between client decision makers and Webcertain’s practise leaders
- Plan approaches and pitches - work with SMU’s to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives
- Handle objections by clarifying and emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Represent Webcertain and transmit the company’s values and culture to clients
- Attend shows, conferences and exhibitions to generate leads and build relationships that are turned into business opportunities
- Keeping up to date with Webcertain’s new and existing services and suggest new services to the SMU following the industry trends and the prospects’ needs
- Deliver reporting on the activities undertaken regularly.

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Ability to fluently write and speak in English as well as a European language
- Extensive and up-to-date technical knowledge of the full range of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.
- The ability to blend these digital marketing services to create the most effective digital strategy & campaign for various clients
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven track record in sales
- High energy, “own it” personality and ability to thrive in a growth environment
- Ability to manage conflicting demands, heavy workloads and prioritisation of tasks
- Self-motivated
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effective solutions to the prospects to convert them into new business
- Excellent critical reasoning skills
- The ability to observe situations and solve problems using lateral thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Flexible and able to cope under pressure and demonstrate resilience

**Desirable**:

- Native or bilingual level of proficiency in English
- At least two years Sales experience

The salary for this post is between EUR 25 000 and EUR 32 000 per annum. The postholder will be placed on the salary scale according to their experience.

**If located in Barcelona, Madrid or Palma you will be office based. Remote working is available for other Spanish locations.
