**We are looking for a HR Admin colleague to join our HR Department in Barcelona**
The standard scope of this role includes:
We are looking for someone who will support the team on different admin tasks to ensure that needs are met, and deadlines are adhered to.
You will be part of our local Spanish HR TEAM based in Barcelona, Poblenou supporting the Business & Employees through:
- Give support on the payment of monthly salaries and social security contributions and bonuses, salary areas, salary settlements, processing work accidents (sickness procedures), and the appropriate work processes to meet deadlines.
- Administrative, operational, and legal assistance within the organisation.
- Act has a point of contact regarding HR queries (admin & payroll) via ticketing tool (Remedy).
- Actively participates in the implementation of new HR admin & Payroll processes & projects.
- Produces HR Reporting.
- Support and assist employee exit and on-boarding process.
- Maintaining employee records and processes and ensure of effective use and maintenance of data on company's HR information systems.
**What you'll bring***:
- Strong knowledge on Spanish labour law, and legal/payroll procedures.
- Strong attention to the detail.
- Great team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Native Spanish.
- Fluent user of Microsoft Office package.
- Years of experience minimum 2.
- Highly organised and responsible person.
- With a vision to stay in the company for the long term.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- It is an advantage if you know and/or manage SAP, Success Factors, Share point...
- It is an advantage if you have already worked with benefit providers.
- Previous experience in Fundae is highly desirable.
