**WHO ARE WE?**

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the **first satellite telecommunications operator** that will provide **global and continuous connectivity** to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things **(IoT) universe under the 5G protocol**.

In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a **constellation of last generation nanosatellites**, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

**YOUR MISSION**

As an HR Admin, you will support the People team in the administrative management of HR processes. You will be the link between our internal team and our external partners, such as the legal and payroll service providers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This part-time role is ideal for someone currently pursuing or recently graduated in Labour Relations, Law or Human Resources, and looking to start a career in HR.

**YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS**
- Provide administrative support during onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment-related documentation: contracts, certificates, amendments, etc.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Personio).
- Track absences, holidays, and occupational risk prevention (PRL) documentation.
- Support the administration of employee benefits.
- Coordinate internship agreements and liaise with universities.
- Assist with other People-related administrative tasks.
- Handle visas and work permits in coordination with legal partners.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks and update employee databases.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ongoing or completed studies in Labour Relations, Law, Human Resources, or Administrative FP or similar.
- Availability to work part-time (with flexible hours).
- Ability to sign an internship agreement or be in the early stages of your professional career.
- Fluent in Spanish and B2 in English (official language at Sateliot).
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Google Drive ).
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
