As an HR Admin, you will support the HR team in the administrative management of HR processes, tasks and projects. This role is ideal for someone currently pursuing or recently graduated in Labour Relations, Law or Human Resources, and looking to start a career in HR.

**YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS**
- Provide administrative support during onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the payroll process by collecting and preparing data.
- Support the administration of benefits programs.
- Track absences, holidays, manage the personnel database and archive HR documents.
- Assist in the prevention of the occupational risks.
- Give support to related questions from company employees.
- Coordinate internship agreements and liaise with universities.
- Assist with other People-related administrative tasks.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks.

- Ongoing or completed studies in Labour Relations, Law, Human Resources, or Administrative FP or similar.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement or be in the early stages of your professional career (6 months to 1 year).
- Fluent in Spanish and B2 in English
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Google Drive ).
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, teamplayer and eager to learn.
