Your mission

We are looking for a world-class Growth Analyst to become part of our Global Growth team. This role will help the company better understand opportunities to accelerate user acquisition and reduce churn, as well as enable senior stakeholders to make some of the most important decisions to ensure the long-term success of Playtomic. What you’ll be doing
- Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions.
- Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actions.
- Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, step change retention rates and maximize profitability.
- Take ownership of the reporting of Growth KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available ones.
- Provide guidance and expertise to empower other teams, offering technical expertise and strategic insights.

Our Ideal Player
- 3 years of work experience on analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actions.
- Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
- Proficiency in data storytelling, distilling complex concepts into accessible narratives, with documents and/or presentations, for audiences with diverse backgrounds.
- SQL proficiency is mandatory.
- Good fundamental Python for analytics knowledge (pandas, visualization libraries, and basic understanding of ML and statistics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. is a plus.
- Must have strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
- Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves
- Proficiency in English is a must.
