We are building a scalable solution that would accelerate the global uptake of PV technology and make solar the main source of residential energy, be it in Spain, Peru, or South Africa. To do so, we use service innovation to excel at customer experience; financial engineering to make PV systems affordable; and digital technologies to scale sales and marketing.

We act fast and build with a global view, meeting underserved customer needs on-brand in different markets. We have launched in Spain and will expand into most high-growth markets across the global sunbelt region within the coming years.

Sunhero is founded by Berlin-based entrepreneurs with over 25 years of experience launching companies in international markets, including Airbnb, Rover, and Course Hero.

Sunhero is headquartered in Berlin, Germany with a regional hub in Barcelona, Spain.

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Analyst to support our lead acquisition efforts and help Sunhero scale in order to solve one of the most pressing problems on the planet - the energy transition. As part of the online marketing team, you will work analysing our lead generation performance, on Google Ads and other SEM sources, in order to draw conclusions from our data which help us optimise our campaigns and scale quickly and efficiently.

This role will allow you to take responsibility from day one and participate in the expansion of Sunhero to help us accelerate the transition to solar energy in Spain.

You will be in a unique position to closely ‌collaborate ‌with the founders and managerial layer of the company to ‌jointly shape ‌the‌ future of our marketing team. To be successful in this role you need to be an entrepreneur at heart. You are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and openness for iterations and change. You know that building a company means doing whatever works best for customers and partners and you are willing to roll up your sleeves to make this happen.

Tasks

**As a Marketing Analyst you will**:

- Give support in the analysis and continuous optimisation of our Online Marketing campaigns;
- You will help implement and scale new Lead Generation sources for the business;
- Participate in CRO efforts such as A/B testing in order to maximise our marketing performance;
- Support the BI team in the creation of reports and dashboards relevant for Online Marketing performance tracking;
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Marketing, Business Administration or similar;
- Demonstrated experience working with Google Ads. Experience with other Paid Marketing sources is also appreciated;
- Previous experience in a startup environment is desirable;
- A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production;
- An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems;
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Native level of Spanish and fluency in English is required; other European languages is a plus;
