The company group has around 6900 employees worldwide and is one of the world’s leading analytical instrumentation companies.
The group is divided into 7 companies. For 1 of them with around 1800 employees, we are currently looking for a CRM / Salesforce Business Analyst to expand their team.
They use Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud and have currently around 2000 Users. The team exists of 5 people (1 Architect, 1 Developer, 1 Admin, 1 Analyst and the Manager) and occasionally collaborates with an external partner.
Tasks
- Gather and document business requirements and provide them in Agile Accelerator (write user stories)
- Analyse existing processes via flowcharts and make suggestions for improvements
- Understand current business processes and document processes in development.
- Oversee project internally (within CRM team)
- Occasionally act as project manager, otherwise, be first point of contact for the project manager
- Interact with architects and developers in the design phase
- Observe and review user testing
- Review helpdesk support cases to conclude process gaps and optimizations
- Hand over new features to administrators
- Review and approve user training material
**Requirements**:
- BS or MS in Business, computer science or industrial engineering or suitable work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working with different Salesforce clouds
- Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing/experience in Cloud Computing solutions management
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps)
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a big plus
- Ability to perform data analysis, actively manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and consistently deliver quality insights and results.
- Great work ethic with a customer service focus
- Well organized and process-oriented personality
- Ability to translate complex problems into simpler terms
- Proficient English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
