**Mission and responsibilities**:
As a Financial Management manager, you will develop ALCO capabilities in Openbank Spain according to the new financial structure.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

- Develop Financial Management department in Openbank Spain.
- Analysis and management of Liquidity and Interest rate risk in Openbank Spain.
- Coordination of Openbank ALCO.
- Treasury Financial Planning and collaboration in PXX processes.
- Development, Maintenance and back testing of policies, procedures, methodologies, hedgings, etc.
- Collaboration with Market Risk Department.
- Management of capital efficiency.
- ILAAP.
- Manage projects such as the implementation of ONE ALM tool in Openbank Spain and the Maintenance of current Openbank's financial planning tool.
- In terms of Pricing: Maintenance of transfer pricing policies and analysis and validation of commercial products pricing changes.

**To be successful in the role you must have**
- +8 years of experience in a similar role.
- University or Master’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- MBA in Finance or CFA will be nice to have.
- Liquidity and Interest rate management tools.
- Financial Planning Tools.
- Business intelligence tools.
- Treasury Management products Accounting.
- High level of English is required.
