Clean Energy Infrastructure, Asset Management Financial Modelling
The Clean Energy Infrastructure Asset Management Financial Modelling role is in charge of managing all financial models within the portfolio which includes: ownership and management of all models, transformation of transaction models into operational models, valuation, scenario analysis and design and implement modelling policies, processes and best practices
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages the execution of deals (origination, acquisition and financing).
- Follows the microeconomic trends of the clean teach sector (regulatory framework, tariffs, and US renewables targets).
- Develops proprietary pipeline of potential transactions based on a network of contacts, with autonomy from the team, but with transparency.
- Manages project teams through all stages of investment projects.
- Supervises all aspects of a transaction, including due diligence, assessment of project viability, negotiation, structuring and execution in coordination with internal and external partners (developers, lawyers, technical advisors, debt providers, and EPC contractors).
- Oversees the financing and structuring of all deals, including sourcing of tax equity and debt.
- Works within parameters set by Directors and Partners, independently negotiating key transaction documents.
- Produces financial models and supervise external financial advisors.
- Drafts investments proposals for Investment Committee approvals.
- Ensures the efficient handover of projects to the Asset Management team and continue to offer support to them post-transaction.
