**About the job**

**Your **responsibilities**

- ** Assist in Affiliate Program Management**

  • Support the day-to-day management of affiliate programs, ensuring timely communication with partners.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

- ** Onboarding and **Prospection**

  • Aid in the prospection of new affiliates by identifying potential partners and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and resources to attract and engage affiliates.

- ** Communication and Relationship Building**

  • Maintain regular communication with affiliates, addressing queries, and providing necessary support.
  • Foster positive relationships with affiliates to maximize collaboration and program success.

- ** Performance Analysis and Reporting**

  • Compile and analyze affiliate performance reports to evaluate the success of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Affiliate Managers to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.

- ** Creative Asset Management**

  • Coordinate the distribution of creative assets to affiliates, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and content to enhance affiliate marketing efforts.

- ** Research and Industry Awareness**

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
  • Provide recommendations for program enhancements based on industry insights.

**Requirements**

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
