A Senior Training and Quality Manager oversees and manages the training and quality assurance functions within an organization. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining effective training programs, quality control procedures, and performance monitoring systems. They lead teams, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement to enhance employee performance and ensure consistent quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires, existing employees, and specific projects. This includes creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. - Establish Quality Standards and Procedures: Define and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures across various operational areas. This involves setting clear standards, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Lead and Manage Teams: Supervise and mentor training and quality assurance teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. This includes hiring, training, and developing team members. - Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track training effectiveness and quality performance. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide feedback to stakeholders. - Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in training programs and quality processes. Implement corrective actions, develop action plans, and monitor their effectiveness. - Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with other departments, such as operations, human resources, and product development, to align training and quality initiatives with business goals. Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. - Stay Updated on Best Practices: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and quality assurance. Evaluate and incorporate new methodologies to enhance the organization's capabilities.
**Position Requirement**
Essential Skills and Qualifications: - Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback. - Training Expertise: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques. - Quality Assurance Knowledge: Experience with quality management systems (QMS), quality control methodologies, and process improvement techniques. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of problems, and develop effective solutions. - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. - Technical Proficiency: Experience with learning management systems (LMS), data analysis ‒ Native or Bilingual Spanish ‒ Business proficiency English ‒ Bachelors degree+3 years experience on process enhancement ‒ +5 years experience on process enhancement and project management in Consumer experience, innovation, and eCommerce; ‒ Analytical, good problem-solving experience, and able to work under pressure. ‒ Strong communication skills with all levels of stakeholders. ‒ Customer-centric mindset, good team player, and embrace a collaborative and open working culture. ‒ Self-motivated, and has the desire to push for changes which create impact and value for the organization. ‒ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing business, and within ambiguity in a matrix environment. ‒ Anticipate and react to frequently changing business and operating environment ‒ Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills with innovative mindset ‒ Ability to function independently and within team environment with demonstrated track record in motivating and coaching staff to maximize their individual potential ‒ Able to travel for business as and when needed ‒ Proficient in Microsoft Office. ‒ Experience with e-content/digital building tools is an advantage Please provide your CV in English
