- 1. Research Digital Service Act regulations and regulatory trends applicable to e-commerce, and stay updated on the latest compliance requirements and industry best practice. 2. Lead various compliance projects with partner teams across AliExpress, provide suggestions for designing or optimizing company systems/processes and key compliance control points, and drive internal compliance implementation 3. Support external audits, risk assessment and mitigation, transparency reporting, data access and other compliance requirements 4. Develop compliance internal control framework, conduct compliance testing, and provide compliance training and education. 5. Engage with regulatory agencies on emerging requirements.
**Position Requirement**
- 1. 5 years of risk management and/or compliance experience in e-commerce or other online service. 2. A strong knowledge on EU policy or e-commerce legislation is preferred （eg: EU Regulation 2019/1020） 3. Practical experience in managing and driving compliance projects. Able to strategically coordinate with internal & external stakeholders. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. 5. English language proficiency is essential. Strong plus to have fluency in another European language (preferably French or Spanish) 6. Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, planning and analysis with strong attention to detail 7. Highly-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure in a start-up environment.
