Job Description
• Bring a continuous improvement & lean management approach into the logistics team in order to simplify some complex operations and reduce processes waste.
• Analyze complex operational metrics and translate results into actual initiatives to bring operational improvements.
• Create operational processes (SOPs) & be able to train, persuade and influence others to apply processes standardization.
• Support the logistics team with new services & products integrations.
• Coordinate and support technical projects together products & tech team, representing operations team and aligning key aspects with different stakeholders.
• Support with testing & launching for logistics related product delivers.
• Lead complex logistics projects with different internal & external stakeholders, with a clear focus in operations efficiency & customer satisfaction.
• Lead S&OP meeting together with commercial & strategic teams to be able to understand demand planning & translate it into real operational forecast.
• Build relations with other departments within the company to manage multi-department projects in representation of operations team.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning and reporting.
Position Requirement
• More than 3 years of work experience in logistics industry, experience of logistics for E-commerce platform will be a plus.
• PM certification will be a plus (PMI or agile frameworks).
• Be able to lead & coordinate complex projects with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Very strong numerical and analytical skills, able to translate business results into solutions.
• Ability to think out of the box and help driving creative excellence.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, communication skills & stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge on the technical part of 3PL system integration is a plus.
• Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change.
• Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
