  • Collaborate with commercial team to collect requirements from sellers, organize and provide BRD with system PD and tech, to ensure project launch.
  • Follow up on the functional optimization of seller system realated logistics, including solution subscription, order management, shipping label printing, tracking, and claim.
  • Once seller solution updated, ensure all information sync up with e-commerce platform side, especially buyer expression.
  • Lead the program kick-off, BRD review, UAT, launch and enhancement for further version.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: English(necessary), Chinese(necessary),Spanish(nice to have)
  • Work Experience: B2C e-commerce, supply chain-related over 2 years
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
