For our client, a global company in the telecommunication industry, in strong international expansion with its headquarters in Barcelona, we are looking for a Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion expert. The mission of this position is the successful development and execution of the company’s EDI strategy rolled out across countries, in alignment with the expectations of the key stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop & execute successfully the Corporate EDI Strategy across countries and business units, considering the different approach (Outside in, Leadership, Awareness & Growth) and the different target focus (Gender, Generational, Cultural, Affective-sexual, Functional & Skills).
- Create a broad and extensive external and internal network to build and create EDI partners and alliances.
- Assess, Monitor & follow up EDI progress, ensuring successful achievementsof KPIs
- Ensure gettingbuy-in and commitment to EDI across the company
- Foster building Inclusive workplaces through (i.e. providing frameworks to guide behaviour.)
- Foster a more diverse and inclusive culture, leadership and talent
Ensure getting buy-in and commitment to EDI across the corporation
- Senior leaders to gain their commitment to EDI initiatives which create long-term value for the company.
- Educate, support and build the capability of leaders and line managers
- Get people managers on board by treating them as key agents in fostering EDI. Establish desired people manager behaviours.
- Support people managers to sensitively address any issues relating to diversity and inclusion, rather than skirting around them.
Monitoring and delivering results
- Accountable and owner ofEDI KPIs and EDI objectives of ESG Master Plan, People Strategy and EDI plan, guaranteeing the indicators as your own and guaranteeing the appropriate internal reporting (Quarterly reporting, Board, ExCom..) and also external reporting (IAI..)
**Requirements**:
- International experience & Global Mindset, being able to manage and balance global and local perspective
- Matrix Organization, Fast-paced environment
- Data analytics and reporting
Knowledges required
- ** Studies**: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- **Previous experience**: ideally +7 years experience

Spanish (fluent), English (fluent)
