**Diversity and Inclusion Intern**

**We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Diversity and Inclusion Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our organization's commitment to fostering diversity, promoting inclusion, and advancing sustainability initiatives. The intern will work in Corporate HR People Experience Hub area, supporting various projects and initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive and sustainable workplace.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Research and Analysis: Conduct research on diversity, inclusion best practices, trends, and initiatives. Analyse data and compile reports to support decision-making processes.**:

- ** Support D&I Programs / Initiatives /Campaigns. Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion, programs, awareness campaigns and initiatives. Contribute ideas for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.**:

- ** Training and Education: Support the coordination and delivery of diversity and inclusion training programs for employees. Help develop educational materials and resources.**:

- ** Community Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote diversity, inclusion, and sustainability efforts.**:

- ** Reporting: Maintain databases and track key performance indicators related to diversity and inclusion. Assist other HR areas collecting information relevant to sustainability indices.**:
**Requirements**:

- ** Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, preferably in a related field such as Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability, Social Responsability (RSC).**:

- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).**:

- ** Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.**:

- ** Passion for diversity, inclusion, and sustainability issues, with a desire to make a positive impact.**:

- ** Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.**:

- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.**:
