Global Talent Manager

For our client, global technological company, in strong international expansion based globally with its headquarters in Barcelona, we are looking for a Global Talent Manager.

MISSION
As a Global Talent manager, you will lead the Global Assessment, Learning and Development strategy, with tools and frameworks to be deployed across the corporation. Pillars where contribution and added value of this role to People Strategy is required:
RESPONSIBILITY
Develop the Corporate Talent Strategy, process and methodology to ensure develop and retain

**As part of the Talent Management Strategy, is responsible of**:
The organizational and individual assessment initiatives to ensure the development and retaining of the diverse right talent in the right place. It includes: Performance Management & IDP, Talent Review, CDA, 360 and all other possible assessments (organizational and individual). Develop a true and healthy Feedback Culture in the company.
The development of Talent Programmes to help in career progression of employees, providing growing opportunities within the company and improving engagement, retention and fostering the company’s purpose, values and leadership attributes.

TALENT REVIEW
Identify and develop the leadership talent needed to execute the business strategy for today & also preparing the future.
Ensure successful deployment and execution of Talent Reviews meetings, follow up of the outputs and successful implementation of action plans (organizational and individual ones).

SUCCESSION MANAGEMENT
Execute successful succession management and talent pools as an on-going dynamic process that identifies, assesses and develops talent to ensure that the company can keep up with the changes in the workplace and marketplace.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT
Develop and improve the assessment execution choosing the most suited tools for self and organizational assessment. Present the selected tools to implement them in the company.

FEEDBACK
Foster, develop and execute a true and healthy Feedback Culture in the company: respectful, candid, continuous & constructive.

SMART WORKING
Actively benefit the company throughout accountability & empowerment, efficiency & agility and collaboration. Coordinate every intervention with rest of Talent and People team to assure TM initiatives are aligned and well organized and coordinated.
