Customer Service Agent position at a prestigious airline is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a blend of customer service expertise, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to enhancing the passenger experience. The role not only involves direct interaction with passengers but also ensures the smooth operation of daily airline activities, making it a vital part of the airline's success.

**Requirements**:
- We expect you to have a perfect command of the Italian and English language, both written and spoken.
- Your ability to react, your dynamism, your sense of welcome and your computer skills are essential for success in this position.
- You must also be a good listener and have a great ability to adapt.
- Your previous experience in a similar position will be an important base to contribute to the success of our team.

**Benefits**:
**Starting date**: June 3rd
3 weeks training from monday to friday, from 9am to 5 pm
Monday to sunday from 8am to 8pm (2 weekend off per month)
**shift**: 8 am to 4 pm - 12 pm to 8 pm
**We offer**:
- 1461 € gross per month
**Plus**:
- Rotation bonus 70€ gross per month
- Bonus of productivity up to 340€ gross per month
- Total salary up to 1871 € gross per month
