We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to reinforce our Customer Service team. Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in French, German and English, a good command of a fourth language would be a plus (Italian or Spanish), enabling effective communication across diverse customer bases.- Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to engage in clear, empathetic, and impactful conversations, building trust and strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.-Customer-centric Approach: Committed to delivering outstanding customer service by taking full ownership of enquiries through to resolution.
