Sobre el rol
Buscamos perfiles Business Development Representative (BDR) para encargarse del primer contacto con leads outbound. Tu misión será despertar interés, generar confianza y agendar reuniones cualificadas para nuestros Account Executives. Trabajarás con listas de leads generadas por el equipo de Market Research, pero también podrás generar tus propios contactos.
**Responsabilidades**:
Detectar necesidades y presentar brevemente la propuesta de valor.
Cualificar y agendar reuniones para el equipo de AE.
Hacer seguimiento y nutrir relaciones a largo plazo.
Mantener actualizado el CRM y colaborar con el equipo para mejorar los procesos.
**Requisitos**:
Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita excelentes.
Energía, actitud positiva y resiliencia.
Capacidad para aprender rápido y manejar objeciones.
Experiência previa en ventas o atención comercial es un plus, pero no obligatoria.
