**Your Opportunity with us**:
We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Global Operations Team as an **Innovation PMO** in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).

**What are we looking for?**

An Innovation PMO role that will deliver a wide standard approach to Innovation project delivery, manage and balance resources needed for each project and provide full and accurate visibility of portfolio status.

This role will provide continuous support to the teams involved in innovation, setting and maintaining project management standards.
- Key delivery for this role will include:

- Define and manage a well-defined project management process, developing tools and templates, and providing training in best practices.
- Coordinate and manage the resources of several departments in Operations, Global Quality, Marketing & Commercial/ Sales and Business Unit Managers for the timely and proper development of Innovation projects.
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work.

Relevant KPIs for this role: % projects delivered on time, time to market, monitoring of resources (% capacity of innovation network); Deoleo’s Innovation Gross Margin.

**You will need**:

- University Education with Degree or equivalent qualification, desirable engineering or industrial organization.
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish.
- Will be desirable some experience and knowledge of Industry, Marketing, P&L, operations, packaging and/or R&D, especially in food industry.
- Proven expertise in FMCG global organizations as a PMO (3-5 years)
- Expert knowledge of both Agile and Traditional project management principles and practices
- Experience working with diverse (cross-cultural) teams in a matrix environment
- Good communication skills to all organizational levels
- Able to operate with senior managers within the Company.
- Able to work with competing goals.
- PMO certification is a plus.
