What you do Oversee project lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with Allianz standards and methodologies (Agile, ITIL). Maintain project governance frameworks, including documentation, approvals, and reporting. Track KPIs and SLAs for projects and services. Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple projects. Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and senior management. Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making forums. Administer and optimize PMO tools (JIRA, Confluence, EazyBI, SharePoint, ServiceNow). Develop dashboards and reports for project tracking and performance monitoring. Identify process gaps and implement best practices for efficiency and quality. Support organizational change initiatives and communication of new processes. What you bring 5-7 years of experience in a PMO, Program Coordination, or Digital Project Management role, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or technology-driven environments. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and frameworks (ITIL). Proficiency in PMO tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile@Allianz are a plus. Fluent in English; German, French or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
