Requisitos mínimos
Se requiere
- Ingeniero/a o Ingeniero/a Técnico/a de Telecomunicaciones o Industrial y Eléctrico.
- Inglés nível B1-B2.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Habilidades para liderar equipos de proyecto de entre 5 y 10 personas.
- Capacidad de trabajo en Equipo.

Requisitos deseados
Valorables conocimientos en
- Infraestructuras de comunicaciones
- Cableado Estructurado y Fibra Óptica.
- Sistema de telecomunicaciones.
- Proyectos de almacenamiento (Storage de EMC HP Dell....).
- Proyectos de Cloud (365 Azure AWS)
- Proyectos de sistemas audiovisuales (Salas de reuniones videoconferencia)

Mia Advanced Systems busca un/a Jefe/a de proyectos con al menos 1 año de experiência en proyectos de Telecomunicaciones para incorporación en cliente final. Serás responsable de lanzar el proyecto identificar necesidades y mejoras y presentar los resultados.

Tus principales funciones serán
- Responsable de lanzar proyectos a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
- Gestión del ciclo de vida del proyecto Inicio planificación ejecución seguimiento y cierre.
- Mantenga líneas de comunicación abierta con múltiples departamentos para identificar necesidades y resolver problemas.
- Planificación de proyectos organización de recursos e identificación de riesgos.
- Preparación de documentos.
- Coordinación con proveedores.
- Coordinación de los recursos humanos a su cargo.
- Supervisar y revisar los KPI del proyecto.
- Priorización de tareas en un entorno dinámico con múltiples proyectos y partes interesadas.
- Verificación del rendimiento de las pruebas.
- Presentación de resultados del proyecto.
- Identificar y proporcionar sugerencias de mejora después de la finalización del proyecto.
