Join us and help engineer the future.Your MissionYou will be responsible for ensuring the excellence, consistency, and performance of all Air Defence programs — driving planning, control, and governance across projects and teams. Your leadership will help ensure the successful delivery of complex, high-impact systems to our clients in Spain and worldwide.⚙️ Key Responsibilities- Lead the PMO team supporting Air Defence programs (radar, GBAD, surveillance, and command & control systems). - Define and oversee project management methodologies, standards, and KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate strategy. - Monitor program performance (schedule, cost, risks, quality) and support decision-making at executive level. - Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Business Units to optimize resource allocation and efficiency. - Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for senior management and institutional clients. - Ensure the robustness and integrity of project financial data on the systems, supporting accurate reporting - Drive a culture of continuous improvement, discipline, and innovation in project governance.Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in Defence, Aerospace, or complex systems industries. - Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams. - Deep understanding of project management standards (PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent). - Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools. - Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills. - English is a must; Spanish is a plus. - Eligible for working with classified or restricted defence information (as per national regulations).What We Offer:- Work on strategic defense programs. - Hybrid work model (Madrid + remote). - Permanent contract with flexible benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.). - Defined career development plan in a high-tech, mission-driven environment.Are you interested in joining a team of technological excellence?If you meet the profile and are ready to take the next step in your career, send us your application and let’s grow together
