JOB DESCRIPTION:
What you will do:
To review contracts to prevent losses and lack of competitiveness for the company.
Review on a daily basis the Booking Analysis Report and Sherlock alert in order to avoid losses.
In a proactive way, generation of the CQC, Atlas, Tableau, or any other reports in order to detect the most common errors.
To audit contracts loaded by the Sourcing team.
Manage the cases in Sales Force: fill in all details like mistakes, booking and travel window, etc.
Investigate and correct potential contract errors found by Quality Control and analyze the HBG’s responsibility:
- Booking Alerts daily booking analysis of all destinations to detect “unnormal” behavior caused by possible errors
- Sherlock daily alerts to detect low prices, wrongly combined discounts, stop sales not applied,in contracts recently loaded
- Validation of contracts loaded in the top losses destinations
- Reduce the losses due to the most common errors
Support protocols managed by Quality Control, such as Tariff Error protocol and Commercial Gestures.
Suggest process improvements and new tools in order to increase team efficiency.
What we expect from you:
- Languages: English and Spanish
- Knowledge: Salesforce and Atlas: previous experience to modify Bookings.

- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.
- High levels of drive and resilience, comfortable working to targets.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
