- TravelStack, providing all products, services and solutions to businesses looking to enter into the lucrative travel arena.
Duration: This is a 9 months role initially.
Job Summary
- The vacancy will be sit in the Quality Control department, an area in Global Operations focused on the loss mitigation/prevention.
- The team has employees in 3 hubs: Palma, Shanghai and Cancun. The vacancy will be located in the Palma hub.
- The role will contribute to the area providing support to the investigation of the contract errors and assessing the losses for the company
Job Responsibilities
- Investigate and correct potential errors reported by any department in the company and analyze the HBX Group’s responsibility:
- Review the contracts/integrations against the data agreed with the providers
- Contact Sourcing department for further clarifications
- Contact IT for technical issues
- Elaborate the Loss Forms in order to assess the economic impact of the errors:
- Extract the list of bookings affected from Tableau
- Calculate the proper costs & sales of the bookings affected
- Mitigate the losses thanks to Tariff Error protocol (TEP), when possible, to minimize the economic impact of the contract errors:
- Activate TEP and share relevant info with stakeholders
- Track TEP activations and elaborate updated reports
- Ensure proper registration of all relevant data in Salesforce, ensure data accuracy and follow properly all the QC processes
- Communication with other departments like Sourcing/GFS/OSC/GSO for litigation analysis, feedback, training,
- Suggest process improvements and new tools in order to increase the team efficiency
