As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Be actively involved in the deal flow management process.
- Conduct extensive and deep startups due diligence.
- Deal structuring for venture debt and convertible notes.
- Active role in drafting investment memos and preparing materials to be presented in the investment committee.
- Active role in preparing investor reporting materials.
- Portfolio management. Foster synergies across portfolio companies.
- Foster relationships with the main domestic and international VC investors and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
What are we looking for?
- 5 to 7 years of previous experience in investment banking and/or consulting at a top tier firm.
- Previous experience in the venture capital and/or startups ecosystem is a plus.
- Previous experience in sustainability and managing climate technologies.
- Highly analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the digital sector and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross
- functional teams.
- Ability to present complex information in simple terms.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong skills within project management, critical thinking, communication and administration.
