At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join one of our **clients'** teams from Cyprus. **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead product strategy, development, and enhancement of analytics and investment platforms
- Translate business and financial insights into intuitive product features for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and investment analysts
- Conduct market, user, and technical research to shape product direction
- Define KPIs and use data to guide product iterations and performance tracking
- Represent the product function in strategic planning and investor-related discussions
- Occasionally travel to Southeast Asia (Indonesia, 1-2 times per year initially)
**Requirements**:
**Technical & Analytical**
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python; familiarity with AI-driven tools for data modeling or research
- Ability to extract, interpret, and visualize complex data sets to inform product decisions
**Industry Knowledge**
- Proven experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or investment-tech ecosystems
- Understanding of investor needs, deal flow management, and performance tracking in alternative assets
**Leadership & Communication**
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, investment, data)
- Ability to lead without formal authority, with excellent communication and presentation skills
**Education**
- Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or related technical field
