**Be part of a team where**:
The Investment Manager is part of the pan-European Impact Ventures team and will be based in one of EIT Urban Mobility’s offices (Amsterdam, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Munich, Prague, or Stockholm.)

The Investment Manager reports to the Impact Ventures Director and supports the Impact Ventures team in fulfilling return on investment and impact targets. The primary focus will be to detail, evolve and implement the investment and divestment strategy.

This includes the following tasks:

- Plan, manage and execute EIT Urban Mobility’s investment strategy.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and technology use cases.
- Ensure quality sourcing of suitable investment prospects from deal flow, including selection and evaluation criteria based on return on investment and high impact focus.
- Perform in-depth financial, technical, and strategic analysis of potential investments.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of startups for Impact Ventures’ activities.
- Supervise and execute legal agreements to ensure timely execution of investments.
- Develop financial models to assess return on investment of EIT Urban Mobility equity portfolio of start-up assets, from investment to divestment.
- Monitor and report on the financial health and progress of investments.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors and other stakeholders.
- Plan, manage and execute divestment strategy, including forecasting exit paths of equity portfolio and consolidation of equity assets to align with EIT Urban Mobility’s impact strategy.
- Represent EIT Urban Mobility at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Assist in fundraising efforts and investor relations.

**What you will bring along the way**:

- 5-10 years of working with investments, venture capital or related fields.
- Work experience in fundraising.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills..
- Deep understanding of early start-up, scale-up and venture capital processes.
- Track-record in scouting start-ups and working with them from the investor perspective, focusing on increasing the value of the equity stake.
- Documented experience in investing and divesting equity holdings.
- Knowledge of the different financing mechanisms in general, and European venture markets in particular, relevant for start-ups from early stage to scaleups.
- Experience of business models in applicable markets, business segments and technologies covered by EIT Urban Mobility.
- Experience working in a multinational, multi-cultural environment, a European perspective is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Facilitation and advocacy skills. Experience in interaction with senior management level.
- Written and spoken English (C1).
