THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
Sales Operations Manager - Salesforce Admin
- Drive the development of processes in Salesforce to ensure an efficient sales & after sales process.
- Ensure new business opportunities can be implemented in Salesforce in a lean manner.
- Develop and maintain automations via flows, process builders, validation rules, changes to fields and objects.
- Constantly improve sales and after sales processes based on data driven decision and define key KPIs.
- Ensure high data quality and reporting for all relevant stakeholder (Sales, After Sales, Business Development, Expansion, City Teams, Management).
- Create Salesforce Playbook to support all stakeholders with best practices.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2+ years in a similar role and extensive knowledge about Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
- Certification as Salesforce Administrator.
- Knowledge about Salesforce Communities & Marketing Cloud would be a plus.
- Experienced with flows, process builders, governor limits, record-level security, sharing rules, roles, profiles, triggers and order of execution.
- You are numbers driven, problem solving oriented and always looking for new ideas and opportunities to improve.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written language.
