About the Team Hiring:
The Order Operation team oversees processing orders from the moment they are approved by the sales team in the CRM system until the billing.

The team ensure the smooth running of orders with suppliers as well as internal orders

As part of the development of our operations HUB in Barcelona, we are looking for an order operations Manager.

Overview:
The Order Operations manager will help to settle this function in the HUB as the first member of this team here.

They will strongly collaborate with the regional Order Operations Manager to learn about our tools and practices, checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports. They will subsequently coordinate and implement the best practices within the OO team members that will join the HUB month after month.

This role is also an operational member of the Team, leading by example; as such duties will also cover
- Check the conformity of the orders with internal procedures (Amount, Discount, VAT number, compliance with local rules)
- Check customer delivery & billing
- Maintain orders backlog updated
- Managing supplier billing in invoicing management system
- Matching of Autodesk Earn back
- Deal with Supplier and customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete assigned month end tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Report all issues to the Order Operations and Finance Manager in a timely manner
- Ensure Orders are processed correctly
- Check Purchase Orders and invoices from suppliers before sending to Finance
- Controlling the accuracy of information in the system and the compliance with Internal Management Rules
- Compiling monthly sales reports

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in Back office / order operation management

Qualifications:

- Accurate, Serious, Conscientious, Flexibility

- Fluent French & English, another language is a plus
- Problem solver
- Project management is a plus
