**Organization**:
We are looking for an Operations Manager for a multinational outsourcing company based in Barcelona. As an Operations Manager you will manage all operational and support teams of 250 employees in order to develop revenues and profitability of the location.
**Function**:
- As an Operations Manager you will be reporting to the Deputy CEO being aware of each account strategy, billing models and client expectations. Your main responsabilities will be:
- You will manage Account managers, supervise and support teams to deliver the best operational performance.
- You will set weekly, monthly and yearly objectives and closely follo-up on achievments.
- You will coordinate and report to central teams at the headquarter.
- You will coordinate the budgetary, human and technological means to implement effective commercial orientations and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- You will guarantee the achivement of the Gross Margin result of all client accounts.
- You will be responsible of the circulation of client reports, structure communications to client and organize and attend to main client meetings.
- You will manage the team and manage disputes to ensure a good social climate.
**Requirements**:
- We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- You have a high level of French, Spanish and English.
- You have at least 5 years experience as an Operations Manager or Production Manager in outsourcing company or Call Center enviroment.
- You have previous proven experience in P&L management and worked in a BPO company before.
- You have a strategic thinking, good commercial skills and a perfect quality process.
- You are autonomous with a good lidership skills.
