Overview Sales Operations Manager (m / f / d) Location : Spain / Barcelona Körber - Sales & Operations Team We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency data-driven decision making and strategic alignment across our global sales operations. You will analyze and optimize sales processes provide actionable insights through data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth. Responsibilities Process Optimization - Analyze and streamline end-to-end sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across global operations Data Management & Analysis - Oversee the collection, organization and analysis of sales data to generate business intelligence and actionable insights Market Intelligence (support) - Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to forecast sales, inform strategies, and identify new opportunities Cross-Functional Alignment - Collaborate with marketing, finance and customer success teams to ensure data alignment and support shared business goals Strategic Support - Provide crucial business intelligence and strategic recommendations to sales leadership to support effective decision-making Required Skills & Experience Analytical Skills - A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations Technical Proficiency - Expertise with CRM tools, sales automation tools and advanced data analysis in Excel / GSheets Strategic Thinking - The ability to develop and implement sales strategies and drive operational excellence on a global scale Communication & Collaboration - Strong communication skills to drive alignment between different departments and manage relationships with various stakeholders Project Management - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Experience - First experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analysis or a similar role ideally in a fast-growing or global company Experience Manager Key Skills Children Activity,Customer Service,B2C,Ale,JavaScript,Asic Employment Type : Full Time Experience : years Vacancy : 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
